The historical architectural value of the places, a former abattoir, the quality of the redevelopment intervention and a solid programmatic offer will create an attractive and lively place that makes possible the meeting between the inhabitants of the district, the city of Bisceglie and seasonal visitors. The project foresees the conservation of three of the existing buildings and of the whole perimeter wall as elements determining the chorality of the architectural complex. The main building will be the heart of the activities.The large central nave will host a large multi-purpose hall, the west wing four study rooms or laboratories and two depots, and the east wing the entrance, the toilets, the changing rooms and the offices of the employees. A small auditorium with independent access is foreseen in the northern annex. The educational-cultural project is supported by the integration of indoor and outdoor spaces, which can be hired for events (fairs, shows, company conventions, fashion shows ...) to complete the programmatic offer.
